Mancato pagamento del mantenimento del coniuge: paga lo Stato

Omesso versamento assegno mantenimento stabilito in sede di divorzio in favore del coniuge e/o dei figli, nonché dell’assegno disposto in favore dei figli in caso di separazione dei coniugi, è punito con la sanzione di cui all’art. 570 comma I c.p. ed il reato è procedibile d’ufficio.
